No wonder nothing ever measures up to Metro Pizza for me–it is what I was raised on. But seriously–beginning with their sauce, and continuing with their crust (thin or thick)–it’s hard to find anything outside of Vegas that suits my expectations. The special combination of ingredients and Metro’s method of building and baking a great pizza will make it hard for me to truly love a pizza made anywhere else.
